Canadian Dental Services Office – We began working with a Canadian DSO. They had previously re-branded dental clinics but for a number of years were slowly acquiring additional clinics and not rebranding. The founders were doing most of the acquisition work and going after opportunities through their own personal network. They were competing with other groups that had large business
development teams and even larger budgets.

Dwek Capital helped build relationships with new targets and expose the company to additional dental clinics. Many of the clinics that were introduced to the Canadian DSO, weren’t even aware of how large the group was and that they were buying clinics across Canada. Now the Canadian DSO has been able to fill its pipeline and acquire a significant amount of dental clinics. They were able to pick the best opportunities and pass on the less desirable ones.
